The Villa offers a contemporary and spacious two-bedroom guest wing that can be used for a relaxing weekend or as a base for exploring the Kapiti region. The Villa features a balcony with sea views, a terrace, and free private parking. The bed and breakfast is fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV, and towels and bed linen are provided.

Smoking and pets are not allowed, and parties/events are not allowed. Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00. The minimum age for check-in is 18, and cash is not accepted. Aston Road Villa Bed & Breakfast accepts cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. The Villa is not suitable for guests during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Villa has an excellent location, and guests can enjoy the 40km of beaches on Kapiti Coast, visit many artists' galleries, and explore Kapiti Island experience.
