The hotel has recently undergone a multi-level restoration of its historic building, finishing the final phase of the renovations in October. The rooms are polished and elegant, with a monochrome color scheme and arty black-and-white photographs reminiscent of the Tumblr era. The hotel's lobby is dark and elegant, with a sparkling chandelier and black stairs leading up to the hotel. The staff service is excellent, attentive but unobtrusive.
