Whats On
What's On Submission Form

Every week, over 5,000 searches are conducted on the What's On database located on Scoop Online, Scoop Traveller and other license agreement websites. On top of this, many of the submitted events are included in the Calendar section of Scoop Magazine.

You can gain FREE exposure to your Arts, Sports or Events by completing the following form. Please note however, that all the submission guidelines should be adhered to, and you should complete all fields as much as possible to increase your chances of submission.

If our guidelines are not met, or some information is incorrect, your submission may be refused.

Due to the amount of submissions we receive, we will not reply to let you know if your submission failed or was successful. We suggest that you check the database in your chosen categories in approximately 21 days time.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you meet our basic checklist:

The event you are submitting:
- starts in at least 21 days time from now
- is based within Western Australia
- is open to the public to attend

Basic Style Rules
Please ensure that your submission also meets the following style rules:

- Please double check your spelling.
- Always talk in the third person (ie: no 'we' or 'us').
- No immeasurable claims (ie: 'the best' or 'world's favourite', etc).
- When mentioning any numbers, always write the number if it is under ten, ie: (one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, etc).
- Dates should always be in the order of Month Day, Year (ie: March 12, 2001).
