The restaurant features a panoramic view over a beautifully landscaped garden to the vineyards beyond. A shaded jarrah deck across the front provides a beautiful alfresco dining venue.

Clairault’s internationally experienced chef, Andrea Ilott guides her team in creating individual new Australian cuisine to marry with Clairault’s elegant wines.

The wines are handcrafted to ensure perfect structure, balance and length. Amongst them, the ‘flagship’ Clairault Reserve from 25 year old vines is outstanding. The Clairault Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc both show excellent varietal character.

Whether for the wine, the food, or simply the ambience, owners Bill, Ena, Conor and Brian Martin will take pride in welcoming you and in making your experience there an exceptional one.

At Clairault, we aim to create balanced, well structured wines that reflect the unique qualities of our 30 year old vineyard and its fruit. This approach has resulted in a range of elegant red and white wines that show exceptional balance, complexity and, importantly, individuality. All Clairault wines are hand crafted and made from 100% Estate grown fruit from Margaret River.Family owned, distinctly Margaret River.
