Location

Busselton WA provides a cosmopolitan gateway to the South West coastal region of Western Australia. Sandy white beaches border the sheltered and tranquil Geographe Bay. Here you will find one of the town’s premier attractions – the historic Busselton Jetty. It’s flanked by cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries and an aquatic playground.

This South West region of Western Australia is like no other. Dramatic beachfront cliffs, towering old growth forests, pristine beaches and colourful wildflowers. Venues

• Ballroom - Three rooms in one for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions and weddings with an impressive venue with a cathedral height ceiling. It covers an extensive 335m2 and can be set up in several different styles for occasions such as banquet, boardroom, classroom, cocktail and theatre. The Ballroom can be divided into 2 soundproofed areas giving further space for concurrent sessions, breakout or catering needs. Adjacent to the Ballroom area are also 2 rooms suitable for breakout, registration, secretariat or catering purposes.
• Abbey 4 Function Venue - An ideal room for conferences, meetings, seminars and group dinners. The total area is 145m2 and can be divided into 2 sections which can be used simultaneously without noise disturbance.
• Abbey 5 Function Venue - This room mirrors our Abbey 4 space and is ideal for a conference or seminar that needs multiple rooms for concurrent sessions, breakout or catering facilities in one location. This space can also be divided into 2 areas.
• Boardrooms - Two boardrooms in a quiet location, seating 22 people located in a quiet area of the resort.  These rooms can be accessed from near the lobby area.  Each boardroom is refreshed with pads, pens, mints and iced water.
• Atrium - Our Atrium has a total area space of 750m2 making it a perfect space for large exhibitions, trade displays and large scale events such as gala dinners and conferences

Catering

Abbey Beach Resort Busselton has several fantastic areas for catering, refreshments and evening events for corporate and business clients.

• Resort Terrace -  The Terrace offers sweeping views of the resort, pools and the Indian Ocean and is ideal for pre-dinner drinks and sundowner events.
• Lounge Bar - The Lounge bar is a great location from pre-dinner drinks to large gala events.
• John Abbey Bar - Our leisure bar is a fantastic private bar area which can be used for pre-dinner drinks, cocktail functions, sundowners or a private dinner. The bar opens onto a terraced area adding extra space and also includes a pool table and TV screens.
• Brasserie Restaurant - The Atrium’s Brassiere Restaurant features fine cuisine and a selection of wines from the Margaret River wine region and from around Australia. The seasonal menu is lovingly prepared from a selection of the finest local ingredients ensuring quality and freshness.
• Reflections Cafe - Reflections Cafe is a happy relaxed venue and is situated poolside where you can choose either indoor or outdoor seating. Operating from early in the morning till late at night, this is a popular casual dining venue. The cafe menu ensures there is always something to tantalise your taste buds.

Our flexible range of luxury Hoteland Apartment accommodation means we can meet the unique and individual needs of singles, couples and families with children and corporate clients. Choose from a Studio room or a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom self contained, serviced apartment – all come with the little added treat of a private spa bath.
