The Fraser’s complex offers the complete package with the award-winning Fraser’s Restaurant, Fraser’s Private Dining Room, as well as the Kings Park Function Centre next door.

Fraser’s is a quintessential Perth experience that places the Swan River and CBD at your feet with stunning panoramic views. It is set within the grounds of beautiful Kings Park, which encompasses 400 hectares of magnificent parkland within the Perth CBD. Kings Park is one of Perth’s top attractions, and just a few minutes’ drive from Perth city, or 20 minutes from the International and Domestic airports.

Fraser’s specialises in the finest of local produce, with menus designed by celebrity chef Chris Taylor and our French Sommelier, Mr. Patrick Salord, has selected a 500+ cellar list that best highlights the cream of both West Australian, interstate and international wines. No matter which part of the complex you are in, each venue features spectacular views of Perth city and the Swan River. Fraser’s Special Events, including Melbourne Cup Luncheon, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and the Australia Day Skyworks, are all celebrated in style.

Fraser’s Restaurant
Fraser’s Restaurant seats up to 100 guests inside and 80 outside on the terrace. It’s a quintessential Perth experience and is renowned for its fine food, great service and amazing views. Head Chef (and General Manager) Chris Taylor has been with Fraser's Restaurant since the day it opened its doors to Perth, over fifteen years ago. He is well-travelled and well respected, and is keen to offer the public fine food as well as an invitation to some very special events.

Chris arrived in Perth almost twenty years ago from Wangaratta, Victoria. Chris has consistently supported the philosophy of using local produce and "letting the produce speak for itself". It is a fine sentiment to harbour but cooking skills are needed to bring out the best of the produce. In the past fifteen years Chris has committed himself to promoting the use of Western Australian produce both overseas, locally and at Fraser's Restaurant.

He has travelled to Bali, Mauritius, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Phuket, Jakarta, Zimbabwe, London, Ireland, Korea, the United States and extensively throughout Australia, hosting cooking classes, dinners and gala events to educate chef's and the general public of the quality of produce available in Western Australia.

Chris Taylor regularly hosts cooking classes and other special events, including ‘Kitchen Tables’ where guests gain an insight into the life of a chef and how the kitchen operates, whilst enjoying a specially created degustation menu with wines to match. He also offers a Fraser's Degustation meal during any lunch or dinner setting (except special events).  He creates the menu 'on-the-fly', depending on what your preferences are and what fresh WA produce is best that day.

Fraser’s Private Dining Room
Fraser’s Private Dining Room is the ultimate exclusive venue for smaller corporate and social events and caters for up to 30 seated and up to 50 for a cocktail event. With spectacular views of the Swan River and Perth City from its own private terrace and balcony, it provides an unparalleled atmosphere. Our private dining room is by far the most impressive venue in Perth.

The Private Dining Room has hosted many an event, from birthday and celebratory dinners, to corporate seminars, cocktail parties, jewelry launches, bamitzvahs and weddings… the only limit is your imagination and our staff can help tailor the room to meet your specific requirements. It is available seven days a week.

For corporate events such as presentation dinners, day seminars and boardroom meetings, the room has wireless Internet access and comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including data projector, drop down screen and VCR (incurs a hireage/set-up cost).

The room features a large timber boardroom-style table (American Cherry Oak) that seats a maximum of 32 guests but can be reconfigured to host smaller groups. Elegant light fixtures, a contemporary magnum wine wall, warm reds and timber furnishings feature in this elegant space.

Kings Park Function Centre

Fraser’s Restaurant has an outstanding reputation, known for its commitment & dedication to provide only the best food, wine & service. We are now able to offer the same commitment and dedication on a grand scale, with the Kings Park Function Centre and Observation Deck-Marquee.

The Kings Park Function Centre seats up to 300, or up to 600 cocktail-style, and caters for corporate and social events, featuring a variety of rooms varying in size, plus an open-air observation deck.
No matter what the occasion – an all day seminar, corporate breakfast, product lunch, cocktail party, lunch or dinner, we can design a food & beverage package to your specific requirements.

We are fortunate to have Ms. Arnya Tait, head of Functions Sales here at Fraser’s, driving our team. Arnya has won ‘Catering Consultant of the Year’, three-years in a row (2007/08/09), at the Restaurant & Catering Industry of WA Awards for Excellence). Owner and celebrity chef, Mr. Chris Taylor, is an ambassador for WA produce who travels Australia and the globe to share this philosophy. Chris believes in using only the freshest produce available, which is carried through in the design & layout of each individual menu. With the inclusion of such items as Western Rock lobster, Atlantic Salmon Caviar & Broome Mother of Pearl Meat your event is guaranteed to be an outstanding success.

Set amongst 400 hectares of park and natural bushland overlooking the Perth City skyline and Swan River, with ample parking and easy access, the complex is an idyllic venue for your next Corporate Function.
