Abacus Project Services constructed this state-of-the-art, cutting-edge, mixed use development, comprising basement car parking and stores, ground floor retail/showrooms, first floor offices and two penthouse apartments with super spacious balconies.

Mike Stephenson and the Abacus team had to ensure that the artistic detail created by architect, Sasha Ivanovich was achieved without compromising on quality. They achieved this through the construction of “floating” precast wall panels, full height curtain walls, louvres and stainless steel.
