Angel's Cut is the brand new bar inside The Trustee Bar and Bistro. It is now open and ready to serve you.
As with any good venue, progression is a must, and The Trustee Bar and Bistro on Perth’s busy St George’s Terrace has progressed indeed.
Early June saw the top bar close for a very brief 4 days, the wine vault removed and the launch of a very cool, very cheeky rum bar called Angel’s Cut (by The Trustee).
With savvy, accessible drinks designed by beverage guru James Connolly and his cocktail team, (the bar itself boasting over 100 rums); there is absolutely something for everyone, from the recognizable dark and stormy or daiquiri to the slightly more left of center cold drip rumhattan.
The food offering from Executive Chef Michelle Forbes is smart and designed to suit the space, its all about sharing, think chacuterie boards, chicken wings and sliders, exactly what you want or indeed need to eat when indulging in a little after work tipple.
The space itself is more open, quirky and comfortable, leather chairs, low lighting, interesting, scavenged items bolted to the walls.
Great to meet a friend before a meal, or to catch up with a group of friends, Angel’s Cut is absolutely a destination that can be used by everyone, the odd event will even be seen there, corporate, private or produce driven it seems that people are already starting to line up to secure their coming evenings there.
With their first 2 weekends an absolute success as well as being well received on the ever reliable indicator of a venue’s success Facebook, it seems that this angel is set to soar.
