The Western Ranch is located in the middle of thousands of hectares of beautiful jarrah and karri bush. No shortage of trails here. We welcome you to explore this giant wonderland on horseback.
Take your own horse or ride one of our Quarter Horses. There’s no head-to-tail riding here. We let you ride to your ability and as much as you want! We specialize in "on demand" horse rides, meaning you can book your rides for when you want and as long as you want. Morning and afternoon rides as well as all day rides are available. We even have fully organized 3 day rides.

Always wanted to ride a horse? Now is your chance.
Our Ranch Ride will take you on a leisurely stroll around our property. Ride up the hill and circle our undulating paddocks. Watch the mares and their foals play in spring or look out over the dam towards the house and riding arenas. We will then duck into the forest and circle our way back through some narrow, winding tracks. You will probably run into a kangaroo or two and daddy emu and his chicks.
The ride will take about 45 minutes. This ride is perfect for beginner riders or for children. We can even take you on a lead line if preferred. Cost $50.
The Ranch is surrounded by hectare upon hectare of tall towering trees. There is an abundance of tracks to choose from. Our experienced guides will take you for an interesting, enjoyable ride. The bush is especially beautiful in Spring, when all the wildflowers are in bloom. The area boasts truly stunning and unique flora and fauna. You can experience it first hand on the back of one of our well trained horses.
The ride will take about 2 hours. This ride is perfect for intermediate riders. Depending on the group we can walk, trot and canter. Cost $80.
Want to spend a day in the saddle? Join us for a ride to the Warren River. Look out over farmland, duck and dive along small bush tracks and have a canter on the big logging roads. If you are up for it, we are! Our guides are experienced horsemen who can show you the beauty of riding well trained horses on an unforgettable ride. Don't forget your bathers if you want to go for a dive in the river. Lunch will be served at our special magical spot.
The ride will take about 5 hours of which 4 hours riding and one hour lunch (included). This ride is perfect for more experienced riders. Depending on the group we can walk, trot and canter. Cost $150.
Still haven’t got enough of riding? Weekend rides available as well. Stay the night at our Ranch, enjoy lots of riding, country hospitality and home cooked meals. You can ride on the trails or improve your riding in our main arena. Our well trained Quarter Horses will show you the ropes of western riding. Contact us for more information.
All horses we use for our trail rides and lessons are well trained Quarter Horses. The Quarter Horse is known for its laid back attitude. Most horses here are geldings that have been used on cattle or in competition. They know the ropes. We can accommodate beginners and experienced riders. Always wanted to feel like a real cowboy? Saddle up and ride western style!
The times of the rides are approximates. Depending on the riders they can take shorter or longer. Allow for about 15 -20 extra minutes to fill out your waiver and some pre-ride instructions in our safe arena. Please wear long pants and sturdy shoes for riding. The minimum age for our rides is 10 years, maximum weight of 100kg. Helmets are compulsory and will be provided.
