In Detail

In 2006, TDL was commissioned by Novotel Ningaloo Resort to create a landscape that reflected the undeniable beauty of the state’s North West. The TDL team used date palms, local red soils for ephemeral wildflower beds, rust finish steel screen panels and a reflection lily pond to complement the resort’s surroundings.

At the time of commissioning, Novotel Ningaloo Resort was the world’s largest remote project. Only a multi-skilled practice could take on the job and according to the resort’s manager Darren Cossill, TDL made it happen with military precision.

“From start to finish, Novotel was impressed with TDL’s professional approach, especially the company’s excellent communications and commitment to customer care. They delivered what we wanted, on-time and on-budget.”
