Over the last 40 years Cape Mentelle has consistently produced some of the region’s best wines having perfected the blending of sauvignon blanc and semillon now synonymous with Margaret River as well as establishing the region’s reputation for cabernet sauvignon back in the early 80’s.

In recent years under the guidance of winemaker Robert Mann Cape Mentelle has continued to excel with an increasing reputation for elegant chardonnay and fine shiraz. A reputation that has been cemented with a string of Gold medals & an incredible 5 Trophies for the 07 Shiraz.

The Cape Mentelle winery is one of the region's first 'rammed earth' buildings and is set amongst beautiful native gardens featuring purpose built petanque lanes, picnic tables and childrens swings next to a seasonal creek. The cellar door offers a broad range of wine styles and some stunning cellar releases all served by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
