Chef /Owner Nathalie of Nathalie’s Cuisine was born of French parents in Cambodia. Her Vietnamese housekeeper and cook gave her an early insight into local dishes, which together with her formal training, has resulted in her great enthusiasm for French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Nathalie has a mélange of International and Asian influenced dishes in her repertoire. The menu offers a selection of flavours for all tastes. There are also vegetarian and gluten free options.
Breakfast Monday to Friday is a la Carte and contains a wide choice including Nathalie’s Signature Breakfast of Roast Tomato, Spinach and Feta with Poached Eggs, or Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Mozzarella Omelette.
The weekend Buffet Breakfast is a feast of; fresh fruit platter, Nathalie’s famous poached pears, fresh fruit salad, plums, prunes, delicious local yoghurts, juices, local Augusta breads, croissants, jams, fine coffee and tea. The cooked buffet is filled with fresh blueberry pancakes, chipolatas, roast tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, baked beans and scrambled Margaret River free-range eggs.
The lunch menu includes home-baked Guinness pies, leek and salmon quiche, an array of exciting salads, cakes, scones and a Specials Board that offers daily choices including in-house; tapenade, pesto and many local products, fresh and seasonal.
The children are well catered for with a selection from homemade; meatballs and spaghetti, pizza, ham and cheese croissants and sausage rolls. There is a chalk board and toys to entertain.
Nathalie’s Cuisine is open for its famous Sunday Buffet Roast Dinners every Sunday evening, with soup, succulent moist roast meats, a wide selection of vegetables and home baked desserts, for only $28.00 per person.
