The Sweet Artist Academy offers short, hands on , one day training courses where you learn to create European cakes, bread, macarons, pastries, chocolate and more.

Run by Patrick Vuaillat, former owner of Sugar and Spice Patisserie in Joondalup (voted Australia’s best bakery 2011), the academy is open for individual (public and trade) and small groups, corporate, team building activities and special parties.
