Inspired by the bistros of Paris , Must Winebar's dining space is casual, friendly and even a little rowdy at times. While it may not be the venue for a quiet romantic dinner, many love affairs have been ignited over the delectable cuisine of Russell Blaikie and his team. The Twice Baked Taleggio Cheese Soufflé served with Organic Tomato Coulis is a great start.

The house-made Potato Gnocchi with Braised Rabbit Ragoût is a stand out dish or try the “Duck Leg Confit with Apple Salad, Red Cabbage Braise and a Madeira Jus. It may be difficult to make a choice. The list of daily specials will make you return again and again.

Private Dining Room

Located on the mezzanine level, the Private Dining Room lets you sneak a peak into the action-packed kitchen or to the bustling bar and bistro downstairs. When privacy is required the opaque glass doors slide across and the space is immediately converted.

Catering for up to 46 guests seated or 80 guests for a canapé stand-up style the room is completely versatile to suit your occasion.
