In Detail

In the midst of bush, 50 kilometres north-east of Mount Barker, is Zarephath, one of Western Australia's most unusual vineyard projects.``It is a development of a group of Americans, a small charismatic religous order called The Christ Circle, from the Roman Catholic Benedictine community. There the people refer to each other as Father, Mother, Brother and Sister, depending on their status, and seek to make their patch of Western Australian turf bloom.``Product range includes: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
