Comestibles is a catering and events company with almost 25 successful years in business, operating from our purpose designed and built premises which are centrally located in East Perth, Western Australia.
Design and Co-ordination
Every event and catering brief is treated individually at Comestibles, and designed with individual thought and care. That way we (and you) can be sure everything is exactly the way you want it, and the event runs smoothly.
Comestibles is not just a caterer. Our team of event co-ordinators can provide a full event design service that will arrange everything for you from linen to furniture hire. We pay particular attention to creating something unique for you, and we’re always flexible and willing to break new ground.
The team has an in-depth knowledge of Perth venues, so we can help you select the right one. We also have a wide network of suppliers on which to draw should you require almost anything.
Our Food
Creating a special menu is an inspiring and collaborative process. It requires a great deal of thought and planning. We work with specialist producers, suppliers and you to design a unique menu that captures the style and tone of your function.
Our chefs work with only the very best fresh produce available, sourced and hand selected from premier providers. We will suggest new taste trends and fresh seasonal produce to surprise and delight your guests. Dietary considerations are willingly incorporated.
Our Service
We produce exceptional food and we back it up with exceptional service to complete the experience. The Comestibles service team is second to none. From a fashionable cocktail function to a five course formal dinner, our staff are known for their discretion, sensitivity and efficiency.
At Comestibles we match our staff to the environment in which they will work. Whether they’re stepping into a boardroom, fashion house or private residence, you can be sure they’re the right people to reflect the tone of your event. They represent our all-round fine quality in the way you’d expect.
The Comestibles service team dresses in black, white and silver - colours synonymous with service. They will not intrude on your special function. Rather, each one brings a tasteful, neat and subtly branded sense of style to your function.
Comestibles is a fully serviced caterer with a strong support team of skilled chefs, event managers, co-ordinators, drivers and service staff whose combined hospitality experience is vast. This team comprises 6 office staff, 12 kitchen staff and 50 service staff.
Many of these staff members have a long history with the company, underlining the stability and business passion that drives Comestibles.
