There are two bedrooms with very comfortable bedding, fresh sheets and linen, modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and microwave.

Bathroom with separate toilet and shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

Two lounges, TV and DVD. Air-conditioned with reading material for kids and adults, alarm clock and radio.

Enjoy your own private courtyard at front or relax with a gas BBQ and outdoor alfresco setting out the back overlooking gardens and large grassed and gated backyard, perfect for the kids to run and play games. 

A spacious side room can be used for just about anything, from secure parking to meeting room or a sitting room or sleep-out.

This property is just two minutes from Shark Bay CBD, beach, arts and crafts and restaurants including the not to be missed Old Pearler Restaurant made entirely from Shells with highly recommended fresh and local seafood dinner every night.

Only a short stroll to the beachside where you can find boat ramps, BBQ's, grassed area, playground & kilometres of cycle ways along the foreshore starting at Nessie’s Beach. Try some squiding or fishing off the jetty or just walk along the cycle ways, checking out the pelicans, emu’s or other wildlife which often wander the foreshore.

4WD on the beach at nearby François Peron National Park or any pristine beach you like for many kilometres along the coast from Big Lagoon to Cape Peron and beyond.

Your hosts own a fourteen seater mini-bus, perfect for complimentary airport transfers or tours of the Shark Bay Region. Get up close and personal with Stromatolites, the oldest living thing or be overwhelmed by the beauty of Shell Beach, the only shell beach in the world.

Daily transfers are available to see Monkey Mia and get the chance to personally hand-feed the world-famous bottle-nosed dolphins. Various wildlife cruises leave daily for dugong and other marine wildlife spotting.

This is a very family friendly holiday location and house to top it off and the area has a strong nature theme.
