Established in 2014, enjoy impressive regional wines by highly-awarded winemaker Bruce Jukes, known for his holistic agricultural approach where environmental sustainability comes first.
Bruce Jukes is a long-time local winemaker with a great reputation. For many years he led the winemaking team at Pierro in Margaret River, and says a lengthy stint at Niebaum-Coppola in the Napa Valley gave him great confidence in his philosophies. An Agronomist, Bruce approaches winemaking from an agricultural point of view, focussing immensely on soil health and sustainable farming, which he believes reaps the best rewards for the wine and the environment. Bruce lives at the winery with his family.
Domaine Naturaliste makes three ranges of wine from classic Margaret River varietals to showcase his artisanal approach. The range names are the Discovery Series, Direction Series and Flagship Series. His Artus Chardonnay and Morus Cabernet Sauvignon were major winners at the 2018 International Wine Challenge in London, each receiving the trophies for Best Margaret River Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
There’s no cellar door but the winery throws open its doors for tastings and tours from time to time. Look out for Domain Naturaliste’s pop up cellar doors too.
