Volunteers Needed - Oxfam Trailwalker Perth

Oxfam Trailwalker is one of the toughest team challenges in the world which sees teams of four walking 100km in 48 hours

In Detail

Do you love bush walking?

We need keen walkers to hit the trail during Trailwalker to keep participants safe and the trial clean. The inaugural Perth event is taking place this October and over 350 teams (1400 walkers) will be ready on the start line to tackle the grueling trail. The first event hopes to raise $1.2 million towards Oxfam Australia’s long term development work in more than 28 countries around the world.

We need over 600 volunteers for The inaugural Oxfam Trailwalker Perth from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 September 2016.

  • You’ll be walking sections of the trail between 9kms and 18kms and you’ll get a real taste for the Trailwalker action.
  • As a Trailmarker you’ll prepare the Trail before the event putting out Trail markers which will guide walkers.
  • As part of the sweep team you’ll walk behind the last team and clear the trail.

This is the great chance to get out in the beautiful Perth Hills and support Trailwalker participants on their 100km journey
