Rooms are available for hire within a range of historic buildings at Heathcote Cultural Precinct - suitable for small group meetings, seminars, workshops and functions.

Kitchen Building

Kitchen Block offers high heritage ceilings and a small kitchen. With a capacity of 70 standing or 60 seated guests, the main room is set up in a classroom style which can be rearranged to suit your needs. Double doors open onto an undercover area and large public courtyard.

Swan House Building

This historic venue has carpeted flooring, air conditioning and a full size kitchen. The Swan House Community Room has a capacity of 50 standing or 30 seated guests, with doors opening out into a fully enclosed courtyard. The Swan House Meeting Room has a capacity of 14 people, perfect for meetings and small groups.

Administration Building

The Admin Building contains three workshop spaces that artists can hire to run classes: the Ceramics Workshop, the Textiles Workshop and the Painting/Printmaking Workshop.

The Heathcote Cultural Precinct itself offers picturesque views over the Swan River, a popular children's playground, BBQ facilities, Heathcote Museum & Gallery and the BWG Steakhouse.
