After 14 years at the helm of the kitchen at Windows Restaurant at the Burswood Resort, Hans Lang and Marianne Kempf opened The Gala Restaurant in 2002. Both certified Master Chefs from Germany, their wealth of knowledge combines with a dedicated and passionate team and the finest ingredients to provide you with a memorable dining experience.

Overview

The Gala Restaurant, Perth's premier restaurant offering exceptional dishes presented with style. The menu is based on European Gourmet Cuisine, light and contemporary, reflecting current customer expectations. The Gala has a very warm feel and is elegant at the same time without being too formal. The restaurant is divided into three areas which are separated by French glass doors, giving flexibility for functions of up to 110 guests in comfort.
