Golden cassava chips served with Peruvian mild chilli "rocoto sauce"

Matched with a glass of Sparkling Brut NV, Las Perdices from Mendoza

ENTREE

Tiradito de Pescado (Ceviche Nikkei)

Snapper carpaccio Nikkei style cured in lemon ginger and Peruvian yellow chilli serverd with caramelised sweet potato.

Matched with a glass of Torrontes, Barricas del Plata from Mendoza

MAIN COURSE

Seco de Cordero: Lamb diced casserole slow cooked with reduction of coriander cooked in a beer broth with potatoes, peas and served with fusion of Lima beans and rice.

Matched with a glass of Malbec, Barricas del Plata from Mendoza

DESSERT

Tarta de Coco y Pisco Sour

A delightful tart based on the pisco sour recipe with a perfect balance of coconut, lime, pisco and sweetness served with seasonal fruit.

Note: A price list for the wines served, with special discounts for attendees, will be available on the night. We will also be able to facilitate any wine orders with the distributor (RedWaxWines)
