Sanctuary | $5500
Acrylic and mixed media on canvas
Artist | Eliza Piro’s paintings are bold, lively and enchanting. Her latest works are predominately inspired by birds and nature. They capture an essence of refuge and safety for her whimsical intricately patterned birds.
Artwork | Sanctuary depicts an array of tropical birds all living together in their natural habitat of flora and fauna. Piro hopes to bring awareness of the fragility of our environment and the need to protect our natural world.
The Bulls Crossing | $5200
Acrylic on canvas, 91x183cm
Artwork | The Bulls Crossing is inspired by Di Taylor’s many trips to the Kimberley as ambassador for Save The Children, a role in which she was fortunate to visit remote communities in the far northwest of Kununurra. The large, empowering ranges and plains show the enormity of the northern landscape. With the paint, Taylor leaves a simple reminder in texture and colour, representing the past and present in feeling and the realisation of our integral belonging to our environment.
Tangled Blue | $4000
Mixed media on linen
Artist | Abstract expressionist artist Rob Forlani resides in Perth and has been the subject of solo exhibitions nationally and internationally, with collectors of his work in Australia, Sweden, England, South Korea, New Zealand and the USA.
Artwork | Tangled Blue, like all of Forlani’s works, is inspired by his method of Abstract Realism. He describes the process of how he would precipitate real-world events into a more concrete circumstance.
