Koyla means charcoal in Hindi, and it’s at the very centre of the cooking process.

Originating from the rustic method of cooking over the charcoal pit, Koyla offers delectable Indian sub-continent food. Our fragrant rubs are char grilled to perfection and menu features kebabs, biryani and curries. There is wide selection of non-vegetarian, and vegetarian curries teamed-up with breads or rice that are served with aromatic spice selection. Koyla also provides a variety of vegetables, lentils and salads. Our food is well-complemented with a fine collection of local and international wine and spirits brands.
