Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery is a family-owned distillery located in Miami, Queensland, Australia.
It is the first and only craft gin, vodka, whiskey, and liqueur distillery on the Gold Coast. The distillery is just a two-minute walk from the North Burleigh beach. The venue itself has a rustic and industrial feel, with exposed brick walls and wooden accents. The distillery offers tours and is open to the public for tastings and drinks. Visitors can enjoy a variety of handcrafted cocktails, including gin and tonic, whiskey sour, and espresso martini, among others.
